This is an appeal of a medical malpractice case, wherein the original plaintiffs-appellees, Eugene F. Harris, et ux, sued the defendant-appellant, St. Marys Medical Center, Inc. The trial Court dismissed the plaintiffs suit against St. Marys by motion, on the grounds of res judicata. Appellees then appealed to the Court of Appeals, and by judgment entered on May 23, 1986, the Court of Appeals reversed the trial court, and remanded for further proceedings.
